Release Highlights:

Generate PO Number Automatically

This will allow you to generate PO numbers on new orders automatically.

You can set up a PO Prefix value, and system will increment the number automatically for each new order.
Example: MLM00001 (where MLM is the prefix)

To enable this feature, Click on initials in top right corner, and click on My Profile. Then click on User Options tab.

Enter the Prefix value you want, and optionally enter Next PO number. Click Save button.


Order Entry Page Changes

-Vendor Customer Account Nbr is now shown. You can edit this value, and it will be saved for future orders too.


Vendor Documents

-Added ability to enter and view Vendor Documents. Such as vendor catalogs, price lists, etc.

In left hand menu, click on Vendors, then click on Vendor Documents.

In action column, you can click on View or download action.
Admins, will have options to Add new, edit and delete documents.

New Top Items Report

There is now a Top Items Report, in Reports menu.

Allows viewing top items for a vendor for a date range. Report will default to past 30 days, and top 30 items. Includes option to see all items.


Order Entry Page Changes

-Bill-To Address is now shown. If no Bill-To is assigned to customer, the customer address will show as the Bill-To address.
-New Edit customer button. Allows editing customer information and assigning Bill-To without leaving current order

Click pencil (edit) button next to Buyers button, to edit customer information.

From the Edit customer dialog, you can update customer info and Assign Bill-To from drop down of current bill-tos.

Click New Bill-To button, if a new bill-to needs to be added. This will allow you add a new bill-to, and assign it to this customer.


Customer Edit Page Changes

-Added New Bill-To button. Allows Adding a new Bill-To and assigning Bill-To without leaving current customer.

In order to help prevent duplicate customers getting set up, when adding a new customer, you will now be prompted to search for existing customer.

When you click the Add Customer button, you will see new search dialog:

To search for existing customers, enter any part of customer name, City, state, zip, buyer name, phone number, and click the Search Button

By default, the Search All Customers check box is checked on, this will search all customers across all your groups, and all reps in your groups.
If you want to just search your customers, uncheck the check box.

Above, I searched for "Vans Appliance", and see that there is one store matching this.

Click the "Customer Already Exists" button, if this is the correct that already exists, and no new customer is needed.
Click the "Add New Customer" button, if the store you are searching for does not exist, and you wish to proceed with adding a new customer.

If the store exists, but is in another group, you can click the Copy button next to the store, and copy this store to the group you need that store in.

On Publisher orders, there is now a No Backorders, Except NYP check box.
This will show on order copies as: Allow Backorders: No, Except NYP

1) Add new User Profile Option for Order Entry Item Search enter key action.
-Options are: Go to Quantity field on enter key, or add item to order on enter key.
-Default is Go to Quantity field on enter key.

2) Customer Edit page
-Vendor account numbers are now maintained on the Vendors tab on customer edit page.
-Added Allow check box to Vendors tab, this will be used for allowing vendor to be seen in new Customer Retail Store site.

1) Default Terms on Customer
-added ability to set default terms on customer.
Maintain default terms in the Customer edit page.
When entering order for customer, the customer terms will be set to that customer’s default tems.

2) Order Entry - View session orders
-added ability to view all orders for a session, using dropdown at top of Order Entry page.
All orders for a session will be listed in dropdown, quickly change to any order in session by clicking order in the dropdown.

3) Bill-To - Added ability to Delete Bill-To’s.
-if Bill To is not assigned to any accounts, then you can now Delete Bill-To, with Delete button on Edit page.
-if Bill To is marked as Deleted, you can Re-Activate with Re-Activate button on Bill To Edit page.
